Vertebral Calcification

Spinal calcification, vertebra, abrasion of the vertebral disc, vertebral pain Spondylosis, commonly known as „sclerosis of the vertebrae” is a collective term describing the abrasive-degenerative deformations of the small joints between the vertebrae. The process leads to the reduction of distance between the vertebrae, the sclerosis of their connecting ligaments and a significant constriction of the faculty of motion of the spine. Its most frequent form is spondylosis in the lumbar area, a type of which is called lumbago and spondylosis of the cervical spine, which occasionally may result in severe pain, dizziness and limited mobility, tinnitus.
